Good morning,
Messing around with a Mitchell Hi-pot tester that used in our assembly process to test our fluorescent light fixtures after they are assembled. The unit was turned in for repair because when you plug the unit in the ground continuity light remains lite and when pushing the test button it claims the HI POT failed with out the ground probe touching anything. I Was hope one of you folk have worked on one of these in your experience and could lead me to the problem. It appears to have been dropped by the looks of the corners of its case but can't see anything damaged or solder joints broken inside. Its a model PLEP 01. Thanks in advanced.
