Mixed use building service sizing

Greetings.
I have to size a mixed use building for a restaurant and upper dwelling being used as an Air BNB. Would the correct way to do this by using the residential load calculation and add it to my restaurant kW load?
 
I believe that will work. Do you have the option of installing separate services for the two tenant spaces?
 
Yes, calculate the residential load and add it to the restaurant kW load to determine the total load for the mixed-use building
