Is there any reference in the code to use an existing conduit with a fire alarm circuit with another circuit? Or do we need to run a separate conduit?

Need more details on the types of circuits. Are they NPLFA circuits or PLFA circuits, or a mix?
The rule is in 760.136

In most installations, fire alarm circuits will live happily with other power limited circuits in any conduit. In modern fire alarm systems, the only circuits you usually find that are NPLFA are speaker circuits, and those, not always.
