Mixing of dmx control wiring w/120v branch ckts.

I'm doing a job relocating dimmer racks and related branch circuiting with dmx control wiring for the intelligent lights. Although I'm running the dmx control in separate conduits that the branch circuiting, at one point they are running thru the same terminal cabinet. Is this a code violation, the existing condition has dmx cables together with the branch circuits.

Should be seperated by a partition, thoug some exceptions exist if you are terminating HV and LV on the same device (Doubtfull that is the case for you).
