Motor A was fed from emergency power circuit (480V)
Motor B was fed from normal power circuit (480V)

From one control panel, we run (2) separate low voltage signal wiring to motor A and B starters, control panel is powered by 120V emergency power circuit. Will we mix two signal above wirings in same control box violate NEC-700 (separate normal and emergency circuits)???

The dilemma here is that you have both sets of signal wiring running from an emergency control panel and that they're operating the starters for both a normal and emergency motor load. If one signal circuit had been wired from the emergency panel and the other from a panel powered by a normal source their would be no question as to their separation being a requirement.

I messed up...you are correct, both of signal wiring are actual powered from same emergency power source, so no separation is needed.
