The project we are working on has 30 amp 4 pole 600 volt disconnects at the 21 amp 480 volt 3phase outside condensors. The 4th pole of these disconnect is being used to switch a 120 volt circuit to a heater in the condensor. There is no barrier in these switchs. Is this mixing of voltages in the same disconnect allowed by code? Thank you

Yes. You will need a sign stating circuit source and multiple sources of supply. I can provide code sections later

See 110.21 B Field applied hazard markings
1110.22 A Identification of disconnecting means
215.12 210.4 C1 identification of BC from more than one voltage source
I was looking for the rule on multiple sources but it may be for where you have service conductors in two enclosures. But a sign stating multiple sources of supply would be appreciate by maint. Having more than one ckt in a disconnect is no different than multiple ckts in a j box
