where should the grounded wire (neutral wire) be hooked up when your panel has a main breaker and is feed by a cord from pole disconect
 
Your panel inside needs to have seperate neutral bar and grounding bar. Do not bond them together. Your service cord will be 4 prong. This must be a very old mobile if it is on a cord but i have seen them.
