Jim W in Tampa Senior Member Location Tampa Florida Aug 5, 2010 #2 Your panel inside needs to have seperate neutral bar and grounding bar. Do not bond them together. Your service cord will be 4 prong. This must be a very old mobile if it is on a cord but i have seen them.
