Does a Modular Process Skid need to adhere to the NEC?

My specific question is if the LFMC (liquid tight flexible metal conduit) needs to be supported per NEC 350.30?

I don't think it matters if it is listed or not. A factory built assembly like this is a utilization device and nec does not apply to the innards of utilization devices.

No, its a safety requirement, esp on equipment from off shore, IE a printing press that used green as a hot, electrician wired the machine and someone got shocked. I had a pump skid that was shipped from CA, the control panel was right over the pipes, I had to straddle the pipes to open the panel door (it was not listed) It got rejected, sent back, and then it was listed and the control panel was separate. I have seen a lot of unlisted equipment that gets sold to unknowing buyers. WA has required product listing for 85 years.
