Moist air flow

We Connected control for 50 hp submersible well today. Pump installer/well driller set pump panel etc, start to fininsh except control. We noticed that when the pump is shut off, after operation, there is a large amount of air discharged into the pump panel via the raceway to the well. I don't know if I really care to have that moist air discharged directly into a 480V pump panel. I think an external breather of some sort is in order.

Has anyone experienced problems with this type of discharge?

Miami-Dade county enforces the use of duck seal. Broward doesn't, I understand they feel it's not effective. I still use it out of force of habit. It can't hurt.(the bottom line too much)
