Thanks for all the input on that last thread. We've pretty much finished our first prefab of one of our restaurant jobs and rough in will start soon. I'll take some pics maybe tomorrow and show you what we've done.
Next question; any of you doing multi-family work and using prefab techniques? I've bid some apartments over the last couple of years and have mostly gotten blown out of the water, but pretty close on a couple. Just got another ITB on a 155k sq ft senior living center.
Anyway, seems like the kind of job we could kill it on prefab'ing most of the devices. I've got some ideas and have been looking for anything I can find online. I was thinking about the loadcenters. Anyone try that? My biggest fear on that is theft.
Pointers are appreciated, especially in determining labor units. And if you happen to have a shop around GA/FL, id love to take a day and have a look
