How many violations can you find?
On top of what you see, the neutrals and grounds were on the wrong bussbars in the new panel.

The individual conductors, obviously, and the conduit in the bottom of the old box has almost broken out the concentric KOs.

What do you mean the KO, the whole bottom has been caved in (pushed up).
When did they start allowing THHN to be run without a wireway?

They also have the copper in the terminals with the aluminum to tap the feeder.
