Motion sensor for wall pack

A business has asked me to install a motion sensed 400 watt equivalent wall pack light. I'm having trouble finding a separate motion sensor for it. He wants to "blind" anyone else who drives behind their store at night to discourage more break ins. Any suggestions ?
