Motor Control Center Installation

Is there any code issues with installing a motor control center in front of an existing window in an industrial applicaion. I have looked through the NEC and haven't found anything. Does anyone know of any? Thanks.

I don't think that this would violate the NEC in any way I can think of, however, it might well violate other codes.

There is no violation in installing an MCC near the window.

Violation is when water due to rain may enter the window and MCC might get wet. If the MCC is NEMA 12 rated then there might have a posibility that water may enter the control and this may be dangerous.
