Motor Control Centers in Industrial Manufacturing Facilities

As it applies to Article 110-16 Arc-Flash Hazard Warning. 110-16(B) Service Equipment and Feeder Supplied Equipment. I would like to get a general consensus among the Electrical Industry. Are these Service or Feeder Circuit?

110.16(A) seems to apply to service and feeder supplied equipment whereas (B) is for service equipment.

(Note that your location is TN, FWIW, a related Art 110.24 is an optional requirement under TN Code)

Thank you for the reply. I agree with your interpretation that (B) is for Service equipment. Relating to your comment about TN you don't happen to know where I can find the statutes that state that the Art 110.24 is optional
