I can't help you with the class and division but here is a Totally enclosed, fan cooled motor, more commonly called a TEFC motor.
As you can see the motor is closed up tight, there is a fan at the rear that blows air over the motor instead of through the motor.
A good place to use a motor like this is in areas with a lot of dust, like a table saw.
