Motor Feeder Conductor Sizing/Capacitors

A motor feeder from a switchboard feeds a single induction motor load, with a combination circuit breaker-type motor starter mounted at the motor. Power factor correction capacitors are connected on the load side of the starter parallel to the motor.

How is the ampacity of the motor feeder conductors calculated? 430.27 directs me to 460.8 and 460.9, which do not really apply to the feeder. Am I required to size the conductors at 1.25 x FLA?

You should design for 125% of motor full load. 460.9 is pretty clear. "The effect of the capacitor shall be disregarded in determining the motor circuit conductor rating..."

I had read the first paragraph of 460.9 related to OL device and obviously missed the second paragraph.
