I thought the low voltage wiring was T4,T5, and T6 went together? But this looks like it T6 goes with T7, T1 and L1. T2, T8 T$ and L2 T3,T9, T5 with L3
The diagram is correct. The motor in your picture is internally wound delta so to put the windings in parallel for low voltage you tie the "corners" together to make two triangles.
You tie 4,5,6 together in motors that are wound wye.
