Anyone heard of this... or know what exactly it is?
*I believe it has something to do with minimizing (Combining) circuits equipment... In my case for use in a laundromat with lots of circuits req'd, and a "nearly" too small service. ??

Where is it referenced,how is it used in context of a document if it is and where is it to be located?If the word motor wasn't used I would guess a security camera area viewing all directions,but just a guess as I said.

A mystery to me, of course thats not unusual either
