Has anyone heard of a motor company "General Tri Clad"? If so did they go out of business or get bought out?........any history on this?

General Electric makes a style motor they market as Triclad...
I think GE is still in business
GE actually is OUT of the motor business now. They sold off their motor division to Regal Beloit (recently changed to just Regal), who also owns AO Smith, who had bought the old Century Motor Co.. Regal also bought Leeson, Marathon, Fasco and a few other lesser known motor product lines. The GE purchase made them the largest motor supplier in the US now.
