Motorized ball valve

I have a cr5-02 motorized ball vales I picked up from Amazon for a project I ordered a 120 volt one but wiring direction is a little vague if anybody would have a better idea on how to wire it properly would be. And I am unsure on how to add a picture but if anybody would mind googleing cr5 02 5 wire wireing that's the one
