Motors & 400.7

I do work in a food plant and of course there are motors everywhere. I've been here three years and most of them are fed by SJOOW cables from a disconnect switch usually not more than 3 feet from each other. I am actually going to try out some STOW.
My question is, does this comply with 400.7 (A)(8)?

more likely to comply wth 400.7(A)(6). Either way it needs to comply with 400.7(B)
