My question is How do you wire the pump in a NFPA 13D or R system. These are residential Fire pumps. Article 695 NEC does not cover this application. What code or standard does one instal or inspect to?

Those systems aren't very popular in my area, so I've done darned few. Every one I have done was a multipurpose system, so the pump was wired no differently than any other domestic water supply boost pump.
