Motors buring up

One of my customers has lost several motors in recent weeks since the excavators tore up the utility feed to the transformer. Most of the motors are 480 volt 3 phase ranging in size from 1 hp to 100 hp. Any ideas or suggestions as to why this is occurring. Thank You

What is the power condition at this time??

If the feed was disturbed the entire installation may have single phased for a period of time and the motors are now beginning to show evidence of failure.

Try megging the motors to see if one phase has a reduced resistance to ground. Use a healthy one to determine a base line reading.
