What sealing provisions are required for a single phase motor used in conjunction with an LP dispenser ?
 
A single-phase motor will almost certainly need to be explosionproof. There may be a factory seal between the main enclosure and the motor terminal housing. If there is, there should be a marking stating so. If there is no factory seal, a conventional explosionproof seal will need to be installed at the motor terminal housing.
