Motors on a circuit.

Okay, I have some 208 3 phase motors that are not circuited, kinda design build. After figuring out the draw(amps) based on the KW that was shown on the schedule I have a few that draw 14 amps, a few that draw about 5 amps. So I assume I can only put one 14amp motor on a 20 amps circuit but I can but 3 of the 5amp motors on a circuit. I believe I can only use 80% of the 20amp circuit?????? Does the same go for single phase120v?
