I had heard that one should never mount a panel on concrete in a residential basement where the walls are 2-3 meters below ground level. Is it necessary to use sill gasket and plywood behind the panel to separate from concrete, or can i mount to a concrete wall below ground with only sill gasket behind the combination panel? Thanks again!
