mounting panel over conduit on wall

hi, has anyone seen or designed a wall mounted panel that is actually mounted over existing 1.5" emt conduit?

due to space limitations, it would be easier to mount the new panel in this type of configuration rather than moving the existing conduit/supports.

also if this is acceptable, can you help with code reference supporting this?

are you talking about spacing it out from the wall in front of the existing conduits?

or tying into them?

yes, i have attached a pic showing kinda showing what I mean.

the mounting can be done using unistrut channels which overlap the conduits

I don't believe there is any code reason not to do this. you can't support the new panel off the conduit though.
