I have a job where I though I was mounting track lighting but the project manager got a product call "BUSSTRUT" google it if you don't know and it is just that. It is new to me and have never used it. Only instruction I have is to use cable to hang from ceiling. also says on instruction to have contractor/ engineer specify connection to structure. I told PM I needed that info and he brought me some metal angle and tapcons from big box.also wants to mount on brick wall but it is made to hang. I am refusing to do any of it till I get a specific set of instruction for mounting cause it is HEAVY and adding lights and Accessorizes makes it heavier. Also I can see someone hanging other stuff on it as it is in a bar/restaurant. What do you guys think Am I a jerk or just covering my back side?
