Mounts for Suspended Ceiling

I need to hang some flourescent fixtures and track lighting under a suspended ceiling. I don't do a lot of commercial and I don't know of mounting arrangement for flourescent and track lighting. I figure you guys would probably have some ideas.
 
Afternoon Sam. We use the product Ike posted, some track manufacturers include a similar item in their packaging.

If you are working in California you have seismic issue requirements as well for earthquake protection. Check with local AHJ

Erico has one like shown that has a way to connect a siesmic support wire to it.
 
Hi Rodge,

The Erico stuff looks like it mounts to the grid, which is what I was hoping for. Is that true?

The Lithonia stuff seems to be for mounting into the ceiling, this is what I can't use here.

Edit:

I'll check on the siesmic issue, I'd guess you'd only need a wire and a caddy, no?

And Rodge, you really do need some Habaneros in that avitar or whatever it's being called thinggy. And where are the goofy face images in edit?

Kinda depends on the zone classification, but if in doubt, I'd go with the slack wire for safety.

Actually the small green peppers are unripened Habaneros.

BTW, the Habanero (specifically the Red Savina) has been dethroned as the hottest pepper in the world by the Bhut Jolokia from India.

Looking closer, indeed, those look like little green Habaneros. As far as Habaneros being dethroned as the hottest chili in the world, that was never thought to be the case, at least not in my experience. It was ?considered? the hottest ?commercially grown? chili. There have always been hotter, just not many. :D
