Moving Hot Tub

I am moving my 3 year old hot tub from my elevated wood deck, to an existing slab. Both existing wiring from present service panel to GFCI, and location of that outside GFCI panel will remain the same. From the GFCI to hot tub only will change. I am now using about 20' of Sch 40 electrical PVC under deck and then just up above deck and into side of hot tub. New hot tub location can be between 8'-10' from the GFCI panel, all across an existing concrete slab that butts up against that wall. Can I use PVC electrical conduit (perhaps Sch 80), surface mounted to slab, to feed across the concrete and into the tub? I would route it away from common foot traffic, which would be require about 15' run.
With the hot tub placed, the slab will extend out from the hot tub 2-7', depending on direction. Any bonding now required, would a commercial base cancel that requirement?
thanks
