Moving loads to subpanel (neutrals)

I want to move loads from my main panel to a sub-panel. The panels have bonded grounds and neutrals. (Hope I said that right.)

If I am simply moving the load breakers do I have to find the neutrals and grounds and move them? It woulds seem that since the panels are bonded to each other that neutral returns properly and there is a proper ground.

I don't think neutrals and grounds are labeled but I will check. If not labeled how can one check? Can't, I'd think, right?

Again:

1) Do I need to move the neutrals?
2) Whatever I move, if the wires won't reach do I just use wire nuts to properly sized ROMEX and run per code?

Thank you,
Mike G
