Moving to Tennessee and want some info

I'm going to be moving to Tennessee this fall to a little town north of Knoxville and would like to know if there are any rules specific to having electrical code presentations in the state. Would I need a license to present code seminars?

Augie, I tried a number of different ways to get an email to Mr. Manis using the link provided and I am not able to do so. Any ideas?
