MRI Power Supply Problems

Gradient Power Supply toasting on
GE MRI. Anyone have knowledge to why a new MRI would burn 3 power supply’s in a very short time.
Power quality for service company?

Not much to go on there.
What part(s) of the power supplies are toasting?
Wrong supply voltage, delta connected when it should be wye, or some bonding weirdness?
Lightning strikes nearby and no suppressors?
