msha certification??

I was just wondering how does one become msha certified? I tried to google it but can't find anything. Just trying to keep busy while I sit at home waiting for that next job to come in. This economy sucks.

I went there but all the courses offered seem to be geared toward the inspectors and labor organization personnel.

There is an electrical one, offerend by several companies, is similar to the OSHA 40 Hour course.
