multi bank meter

I need to know how to size the feeder wire for a 200a overhead service. The meter will be a 3 bank meter with 3 100a disconnect switches. I feeder will be in conduit I think 2 1/2 Galv pipe. Could I still use 3/0 or do I size up. Im not to sure where to look in the code book to do it correct please help thank you.
oh ya and its a combo space comercial/ residential so thats why I said 3/0 not 2/0 thhn/thwn-2

You'll need to perform a load calculation to determine the reduced size of the service entrance conductors or just size them for 300 amps.
