multi branch circuit

It depends. When it's run to a separate structure it can be considered to be a single circuit. If you need two circuits for the kitchen SABC's it can be two circuits.

Is a multi wire branch a single circuit ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Did you mean Multi Wire Branch Circuit? If so it is a single circuit that can be considered more than one.

We've had this discussion before.
It's more than one circuit. Before 210.8 (B) it was not unusual to find three circuits on individual breakers sharing the neutral scattered around a breaker panel.
That doesn't change the fact that it is a single circuit. In the illustration below (using a single phase service) see how the current uses all conductors for leaving and returning to the source, loose the neutral and the circuit uses only the conductors left regardless of where they are landed on the individual busses. It is one circuit.

IT is a multi wire branch circuit up to the point where you share the neutral ???????????
It is a MWBC but where it splits it becomes single. See 210.4

(A) General. Branch circuits recognized by this article shall
be permitted as multiwire circuits. A multiwire circuit shall be
permitted to be considered as multiple circuits. All conductors
