Are there exceptions for neutral colors on a multi-conductor (ie 12-26, 12-30,---) cables used to connect theatrical strips? These are circuits that have a seperate neutral for each circuit. I've been looking for over an hour now!!
I worked in an auditorium a while back and we were supplied with huge spools of wire that had a hot, a neutral and a ground for each circuit. Each wire was numbered as to which circuit they were to serve. I don't know where the wire was purchased but I do know it exists. The numbers were printed on the conductors from the supplier.
OK, I just found what I think I'm looking for in 200.6 (E) Exception 1. What concerns me now is the verbiage "intended to apply in locations where a regulated system of maintenance and supervision ensures that only qualified persons will service the installation"
Am I correct in assuming that any organization or business with a maintenance staff or someone that oversees and/or directs qualified contractors to perform maintenance satisfies this intent?
