The exiting MDP is 1600 AMP/120/208V/3P

Then I have 5 Distribution Panels on each floor which have a connected load of
DP-1: 246 KVA [Has 9 units (43% based on T220.84) at 400 AMP/120/208V/3P] = 106 kVA/294A
DP-2: 433 KVA [Has 16 Units (39% based on T220.84) at 600 AMP/120/208V/3P] = 169 kVA/469A
DP-3: 433 KVA [Has 16 Units (39% based on T220.84) at 600 AMP/120/208V/3P]= 169 kVA/469A
DP-4: 230 KVA [Has 14 Units (40% based on T220.84) at 400 AMP/120/208V/3P]= 92 kVA/256A
DP-5: 215 KVA [Has 8 Units (43% based on T220.84) at at 400 AMP/120/208V/3P] = 93 kVA/258A

If I use T220.84 for all 63 Apartments at 23%, I get 358 kVA/995 AMP.

Total of 63 Existing Apartments, but now on DP-2, DP-3 and DP-4 will have 7 new apartments on each Floor (Total of 21 New Apartment)

The total demand is 40 kVA for each apartment

The total demand for the new apartment is (40kVA*21) = 840kVA
If I use T220.84 for the new 21 Apartments at 37%, I get 311 kVA/864 AMP.

But if I calculated the entire, Building Service with the new 21 Apartment I get
(246kVA+433kVA+433kVA+230KVA+215kVA+840kVA)=2397 kVA
If I use T220.84 for all 63 Apartments and the new 21 Apartment at 23%, I get 551kVA/1531 AMP.

So the incoming service to the building should be suffice since it's at 1600 AMP/120/208V/3P.
But now I'm confused how to get the 21 New Apartments connected to the DP panels since I need 864 AMPS
