When working a Multifamily service DLC using the optional method—where each unit has space heaters. Can Section 220.82C be used?

220.82 doesn't apply to multifamily services or feeders, only to single dwelling units.

Are you asking about the feeder/service to each unit? You can use 220.82 for each feeder/service. Apply 65% of the space heaters in each unit if there are less than four separately controlled units. Apply 40% of the space heaters if there are four or more separately controlled units.
