Multi Family Load calculation

I am looking for a load calculation for a 4 unit apartment building. Do I use standard residential calc or another method.

I would suggest trying both the standard method and the optional method. You get to use whichever one gives the lower results. I suspect that will wind up being the optional method, based on the examples and test questions I have seen.
