multi-functional hand tool

Hi,
Would any body invent this,
I want a hand tools that looks like a plier, same time does the follwings,

-niddle nose
-adjustable wrench
-wire cutter
-wire stripper
-aligator wrench
-flat head screw driver on the left handel and
- plus screw driver on right handel

Think about it!!!!
