Please turn off your caps. It is considered shouting and there is no need for it.
Generally speaking, only one cable per opening is permitted on a multi-gang box. Check with the box maufacturer for more info. The code requiring this would be 110.3 (B)
Single gang non-metallic boxes do not contain internal clamps, so more than cable is permitted per knockout. See 314.17 (C) exception.

Often we see this type of violation.The guy opens the hole with screw driver so he can get his wire in easy.He just defeeted the clamp.
The worse case i seen of this was a company i tried out for 2 weeks then quit.There men were opening all 4 holes on pvc boxes even if they were not used.They thought this saved time.Some how they passed inspections
