Is there a requirement for the panel front to be labeled to identify that the panel has Multi-wire branch circuits? If so, is it a "WARNING" or "DANGER" label?

No, there is no requirement for that.

Almost all panels have multiwire branch circuits from them.

Ryan, I realize that. I'm just trying to get at what seems to be the heart of the issue, which is an unjustified fear of MWBC's.

Yes...but the question was about branch circuits, not feeders and service conductors. :)

Yes, but if that panel supplies an electric range and / or oven it has multiwire branch circuits.

That being the case almost all panels would end up with another meaningless 'Danger Will Robinson' label.
