Multifamily and commercial service calculations

Newly licensed go easy on me. I have a 3 unit multi family sitting on top of 2 commercial spaces. All one building. I need to upgrade service to accommodate all 5 units from existing 200A service. How do i calculate the service? Thank you.

Start with art 220, look at examples in back of code. You'll want to make a list of appilances, heat, sq footage, etc
