Ok have an apartment where the clubhouse has been converted into two apartments mounted the panels for each apartment on wall that now divides the two apartments right next each othere side by side facing their prospective apartments now wandering if i messed up maybe thats a firewall wasnt built as one though??

This statement above has me confused.
Will each tenant have access to their own breakers ? Do you have the proper meter set up for two tenants ?

I believe he means that the panels are recessed into the wall, maybe in adjacent stud bays, facing into their respective occupancies. He didn't indicate there's a problem with the meters if there even are any. Maybe electric is included in the rent. Not likely, but it could happen.

That said, the issue can be resolved one of two ways; call for the final and hope all is well, or call the building department and have them realize maybe it should have been a fire wall and now the GC and owner are very unhappy people.
