Multiple branch circuits to remote building

I have a client who has a residence with many buildings on his site. He has a garden shed that has numerous electrical panels. About 75' away, there is a guest house. He wants to feed all the guest house lighting/receptacle/HVAC power from panels located in the garden shed. I explained to him it would be more cost effective to place a panel in the guest house, but he doesn't care about cost and wants all his breakers located in one location (The garden shed). What should I do for grounding? (I plan on using a shunt trip pushbutton for a service discconect on the guest house).

Thanks,
Mike

The first thing that I think you do is to read 225.30. Then perhaps you should have another conversation with the client.

Your initial suggestion was the right thing to do. Stand by it.

You might want to take a leisurely stroll through Article 225 before agreeing to do it, paying particular attention to 225.30, :)
