Scenario for a residential setup:
  1. Two manual transfer switches wired into the same sub-panel.
  2. Two different floating neutral battery generators power each manual transfer switch (one per switch).
  3. The neutral from each generator is connected to the neutral bar in the sub-panel.
  4. The ground from each generator is connected to the ground bar in the sub-panel.
  5. Neutral-Ground Bond is at the main panel (utility service entrance) as per normal residential setup.
  6. 24 total circuits. 20 of them are a mix of 120V/20AMP and 120V/15AMP split 10/10 across the two manual transfer switches. The remaining four circuits are one 240V/40AMP(A/C), one 240V/30AMP (dryer) and two 120V/20AMP circuit (garbage disposal, garage area).
Utility service will remain on to handle the two 240V and two remaining 120V circuits. Circuits being run by the manual transfer switches will have their breakers in the OFF position in the sub-panel. Those same circuits will be set to GEN and have their circuit breaker in the ON position in the manual transfer switch.

Given the floating neutral generators are going to be connected to the same neutral bar back in the sub-panel, does this create an issue with "parallel neutral path"?
