Relatively new restaurant been in operation for a few months with no problems. Now they are experiencing 10-12 GFCI breakers tripping periodically(multiple breakers at one time) (The breakers are GE THQB)
Any thoughts on what might be taking place !

The end of day clean up shift maybe getting moisture in there? Maybe hubbell s.s. plates and foam gaskets? Plus.. need to know (and see) exactly whats getting plugged in? 2 crappy old vacuums at the same time?
Seems clean up crew and other workers are never very helpful (or care) about sharing exactly whats being used..

My experience is workers across the board could care less if a outlet shuts down and makes them have to stand around instead of working..
That was a fact at a particular mlb spring training facility and those ridiculous electrical steam cleaners..

Oh gfi, why for art thou gfi?

Hand held radios new to the operation?
That's what I'm thinking. They added some type of communication to the waiters and staff.... It's not exactly a hand held and I don't think there;s much power but they may be strong enough to cause a trip.

Talked with the electrician involved to get more detail and it seems the problem only occurs on SP THQL and not two-pole.
The breakers are about 1-2 years old. Has GE had any GFCI recalls or notes about issues ?
