Here's what I seen, 18 1HP 480volt direct drive fan motors. 9 start from 1 selector switch energizing a square D IEC LC1D32 amp contactor, contactor feeds 9 square D GV2ME07's with GV2G554 busbar with no.10 gauge THHN. From GV2's to nonfused disconnects at each motor with 12 gauge THHN and 12 gauge equipment ground. Same for the other 9 fans. Main breaker is a 40amp I-line with parrallel no.8 wires with 3 going to each 32 amp contactor.
Is this setup wrong or could there be one no.8 THHN branch feeder run with no.10 THHN taps to each contactor.:-? :-?
