Multiple Parallel Sets of Feeders

I took a NECA MLU course and they said that sometime a labor unit will be reduced for pipe if there are multiple parallel sets. Why is this? Because of the setup time, they are located right next to each other? I think also because a MLU includes material handling time and these would be brought to the location together. Thanks.

I would say because of the repetitive factor. If your making mulitple of the same offset your second offset shouldn't take as long to make up as your first one.
